We try to ship all orders within one business day with USPS or a USPS First Class Mail partnered carrier unless otherwise noted on the product page or in the shipping information section. We ship for free within the United States and to Canada on most products. We reserve the right to ship with any carrier. U.S., non-expedited shipments take approximately 4-7 business days to arrive from the time of shipment unless otherwise noted on the product page. International, non-expedited shipments arrive in about 10-21 business days (not guaranteed) from the time of shipment, while expedited international orders arrive about 2-4 business days after the time of shipment. Expedited shipping is often available at checkout. Tracking information is provided on all orders and will be sent through the system as soon as it is available. International customers often receive a customs number for their orders. Expedited international orders get a point-to-point tracking number. Please note that any potential customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions, please let us know before placing your order and we will be happy to help. Please include the make, model and year of the vehicle and the seat where you need the extender. We will be delighted to assist with next best steps once we receive that information.

Absolutely! If you would like to purchase ten or more seat belt extenders, please send an inquiry to wholesale@getextenders.com. Our extenders are manufactured in a DOT-Registered factory and are E-4 or E-8 certified. The E-Mark is the certification used in Europe and internationally to demonstrate compliance with numerous standards. Buckling up is incredibly important, and no matter your size, age, mobility or occupation you should never drive without buckling your seat belt. If you can't buckle up, please allow us to help you. Make sure to read, understand, and follow all warnings and disclaimers that come with the product.

An extender’s Type is determined by the combination of its unique metal tongue with its unique receptacle. Most extenders come in a wide variety of different colors and lengths. However, on eCrater, only a limited number of styles are offered. If you would like a different color, length, or style please contact us directly at contact@getextenders.com, and we'll gladly point you in the right direction.

A rigid extender is an extender that stands upright when buckled in. It has a knotted, rigid cable running through it. Though primarily stiff, longer Rigid Extenders do bend a bit to conform to the direction that they are being pulled by a buckled seat belt. The Rigid Extender is in contrast to the Regular Extender, which is made out of the same material as the belt in your car. Want to learn more about styles? Extenders are incredibly easy to install. They just buckle right into your existing belt! There are no tools, parts are troubles. Just click-and-go! Please note that if you have the Bolt-in Extender, some installation is required. Bolt-in Extenders come with instructions in the package.
